This Request for Proposal is placed on behalf of the Like Minded Donor Group, Vietnam (LMDG). The LMDG is a group of 13 bilateral donors (Sweden, Denmark, the Netherlands, Germany, Canada, Finland, Norway, Australia, Ireland, New Zealand, Switzerland, Belgium and the United Kingdom). The group aims to provide strategic inputs to increase the efficiency and effectiveness of development cooperation in Vietnam.
SNV (Netherlands Development Organisation) in Vietnam is engaged in development cooperation. In SNV’s value chain development programme it contributes to poverty reduction through increased income and employment creation for a large group of households, micro and small scale enterprises. Among others, SNV is supporting the development of the tea value chain with emphasis on the northern provinces in Vietnam.

GFA CONSULTING GROUP (www.gfa-group.de) is recruiting two qualified national Technical Supervisor to be based in Hanoi with frequent travel to Lai Chau, Dien Bien, Son La, Gia Lai and Kon Tum provinces for the EC funded project “Health Care Support to the Poor of Northern Uplands and Central Highlands” (HEMA). The assignment will be for a fixed period from July 2010 to December 2012.
Qualifications and skills: - University degree in medicine, - Post-graduate Public Health or Health Economics is preferred, - Good command of English (reading, writing and speaking), fluency in Vietnamese.
