RECRUITMENT FOR ADMIN – FINANCE INTERN

Good Neighbors is an international, non-profit humanitarian organization that plans, implements and raises funds for the provision of services in child education, community development, health, sanitation, and disaster relief projects. Currently Good Neighbors has works in 40 countries, supporting approximately 17 million people, including about 10 million children.

Good Neighbors International in Vietnam (GNI) is implementing Community Development Projects (CDP) based on child sponsorship in 4 provinces; Tuyen Quang, Hoa Binh, Ha Giang, and Thanh Hoa. GNI in Vietnam sponsors about 10,000 children and implements community development projects (CDP) in education, water & sanitation, income generation sectors in 7 different areas of Vietnam.

Job title: Admin-Finance Intern (AD-FD Intern)

Department: Admin-Finance Division (AD-FD)

Reports to: AD-FD Junior Manager, AD-FD Team Leaders/Officers   

Type of contract: Temporary

1. KEY WORKING RELATIONSHIPS

Internal: AD – FD Junior Manager, AD-FD Team Leaders/ Officers   

External

2. MAIN DUTIES

• Supporting the preparation for meetings, workshops, events including preparation of related documents and logistic arrangement, etc.;
• Support in preparation of recruitment interview process;
• Photocopy/scan documents;
• Performing translation as necessary;
• Providing other support of AD-FD division as requirement.

3. QUALIFICATIONS REQUIRED

Education:

• University degree in relevant field of recruitment position (Human Management, Administration or Foreign language)   

Work experience:

• Experience in translation and interpretation from Vietnamese to English and vice versa

Skills:

• Competent English skills
• Good computer skills
• Good organization and communication skills   

Attitude:

• Reliable and self-initiative
• Hard-working and good interpersonal skills
• Positive in working and learning
