Results-based Management (RBM) is an approach to project and programme management that integrates strategy, people, other resources, processes and leadership. All in order to improve decision-making, transparency and accountability. Because of this course I now understand the importance of choosing good key performance indicators in order to create synergy between different development efforts.

  • have thought through the issues of RBM logically, cutting through the terminology to clarify what happens, or fails to happen, in your work and why;
  • have applied the results framework to your own work;
  • are ready to translate new knowledge into organisational improvements.
