CECEM would like to announce training course on Project Design and Proposal Writing which will be held in April  2011 as follows:

Target participant: This course is designed for project managers, project officers and members of project management boards.

The purpose of the course: Participants will be able to design feasible projects that address the needs of a community. Participants will also be able to write project proposals that interest donors.

Training period:       9 days ( 18-28 April 2011)
