1. RESOURCE MOBILISATION AND PROPOSAL DEVELOPMENT, 28-31 March 2017, Yangon, Myanmar

Course Highlights:

  • Discuss the Core Quadrants model for (inter)personal effectiveness
  • Practice presentation, active listening and feedback skills
  • Explore ways to motivate individuals and teams
  • Discuss time management and managing meetings effectively

For whom?

This course is for business development managers / coordinators, in public or private development organisations. Country managers or programme officers responsible for resource mobilization, and consultants providing proposal services.

It consists primarily of practical and realistic writing exercises combined with intensive coaching, peer review and professional feedback sessions in a small group of max. 10 participants.
