CECEM would like to announce training course on Community Development Need Analysis and Planning in March 2011 as follows:

This course is designed for those who are responsible for implementing and monitoring activities of need assessment for development projects;  young project/programme officers or junior officers working in NGOs and development projects (need assessment is the first step of project  management); partners of development projects.
