Quality Technique Asurrance Supervisor
Marie Stopes International in Vietnam (MSIVN) is UK-based international NGO have been operating in Vietnam since the late 1980s. MSIVN is a marketing focused, results oriented social enterprise which uses modern management and marketing techniques to provide quality family planning and reproductive healthcare to the people of Vietnam. MSIVN is part of The MSI Global partnership which develops efficient, effective and sustainable family planning programmes in over 48 countries worldwide.
To continuously maintain and ensure quality RH/FP services, MSIVN is seeking appropriate candidate for the position of Quality Technique Asurrance Supervisor based in Hanoi office.
Requirements:
- Medical university/college background (medical doctor, midwife, nurse), having knowlegde or holding degree on Gyneachology-Obstetrics is an advantage
- At least 5 year experiences in the same position or working in the development organizations
- Proven skills in health management or monitoring of healthcare service provision
- Good communication both in Vietnamese and English
- Good practice in Microsoft Wold: Winword, Excell, Powerpoint, etc.
- Professional working style
- Open-minded, sympathetic and non-critisised behaviour
- Have abilities of working indipendently and under high pressure with result-oriented principle
- Able to travel as required
- Over 30 years old
