Policy Advocacy Researcher/Trainer

The Consultancy on Development (CODE) is an independent Vietnamese not for profit development research and consultant organisation. CODE is a professional organisation in Vietnam works in policy analysis, policy lobby and advocacy in the context of international integration of Vietnam. CODE provide services on policy analysis and advocacy for partners working in sustainable development of Vietnam. CODE is seeking working position as follow:
1. Position:     Policy advocacy researcher / trainer
2. Number of posts: 01
3. Location:  Hanoi and other provinces

4. Main duties and responsibilities:
- Researching on policy lobby / advocacy theory and practice
- Helping team to develop training manual on policy lobby /advocacy
- Assisting in training and advising policy lobby / advocacy for partners;
- Participating research team on civil society in Vietnam;

5. Requirements:
- Postgraduate on Development, Social Science, Law, International relation;
- At least 5 years experience on the development and related fields;
- Knowledge on civil society, policy lobby / advocacy;
- Good communication, strong inter-personal relations, and training skills;
- Fluent English and good computer skills.
- Ability of working independent, modesty, polite and dedicated.

6. Salary: Competitive salary depends on ability and experiences.
