M & E International Consultant for Public Administration Reform Project

The third phase of the project funded by UNDP, namely “Strengthening the capacity of Vietnamese Government’s agencies in accelerating and improving PAR efficiency and effectiveness” has been approved by the Prime Minister in April 2009 with four main outcomes: (1) PAR process management and policy development strengthened; (2) public service delivery reform assessed and piloted; (3) local government reform; and (4) PAR communications/information system improved and PAR partnership strengthened.

The main objective of international conusltant is to facilitate participatory and consultative processes of developing a result based M&E system supported by SMART indicators of Public Administration Reform (PAR) programme in MOHA.
