IT Officer

Vietnam Belgian Credit Project - VWU is looking for an IT Officer, who will work closely with the international consultant and the Survey Officer to conduct comprehensive regular surveys on the
delivery of financial services within VWU, analyze the data and provide appropriate feed-back and reports to all the stakeholders. Another aspect of the job is to apply the Performance Monitoring
Tool to analyze the financial performance of microfinance institutions.
- Full-time position for an initial duration of 15 months likely to be extended    •  
- Salary: competitive

Position requirements
- Bachelor or preferably master degree in IT, with demonstrated skills in database management (SQL- Server 2008), and in Visual Basic.
- 2-3 years of working experience.
- Previous experience in the design and/or processing of surveys highly appreciated.
- Experience in micro-finance /retail-banking /accounting is an asset.
- Strong analytical and documentation skills.
- Proficiency in English (oral and written).
- Committed and work independent. Capacity to think out-of-the-box.
- Good command of MS-Office applications, particularly Excel for graphs and PowerPoint.
