We are now looking for a talented, dynamic and highly motivated Vietnamese individual to contribute to our growing organization and to meet the challenging demand of the following position based in Hanoi:

Interpersonal CommunicationS (IPC) Coordinator: This position will play an important role in direct management of PSI’s growing HIV prevention programming, especially implementation of the communication portfolio i.e. targeted outreach activities for most at-risk populations. Position involves close management of field staff and government partners to implement disciplined, targeted behavior change interventions in multiple provinces. Responsibilities will also include but are not limited to design, development, and coordination of communication activities and training for field-based communication teams; provision of on-going support to provincial partners; implementation of advocacy programming and ensuring high quality programs achieve program objectives. Requires enthusiasm, creative thinking, and a desire to make a positive impact.

Requirements:
- University degree in public health, health, social affaires or related;
- Significant demonstrated experience (2-5 years) in private or public org, ability to work with partners, including provincial government system;
- Experience in execution of targeted promotional and behavior change campaigns;
- Experience in HIV/AIDS prevention programs for most at-risk populations preferred
- Excellent analytical and communication skills;
- Outgoing personality that can motivate teams throughout the country, participate in training and play leadership role with our partners in the field; 
- Written and spoken English;
- Results oriented team player.
