Human Resources Officer

With an annual budget of over 10 million USD, they are expanding programs in Vietnam and looking for experienced, qualified and motivated Vietnamese candidates for following positions:
HUMAN RESOURCES OFFICER  (1 position based in Hanoi)

Main responsibilities:
- Support staff planning, recruitment and selection processes
- Review and update the personnel management policies and procedures issued by both the government and Plan
- Administer the personnel administration and maintain personnel files
- Provide support in implementing and managing Plan’s performance management system,
- Support HR internal and external communication, relations.
- Supervise local pay, consult and support to manage local benefit schemes
- Provide support in identifying and sharing human resource management best practices within Plan, to/from other organizations

Requirements:
- University graduate in Human Resources Management
- At least 3 years working experience in staff planning and recruitment
- Experience with development projects and/or INGOs would be an advantage
- Ability to work independently or as a part of a team
- Well developed skills in analysis, facilitation, communication, organization, and interpersonal relationships and maintenance of confidential and sensitive issues
- A pro-active, self-motivated, quality-driven personality.
- Good spoken and written English skills
