Executive Director

Institute for Studies of Society, Economy and Enviroment (iSEE) is an independent Vietnamese non-profit research and development institution working for a prosperous, democratic and just society. They are looking for an Executive Director to join their diverse and compassionate team with different technical background, ethnicity, gender, culture and sexual orientation to effectively cope with different issues;

Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee the daily management of iSEE, including budget, human resource, report and administration in accordance with Vietnam legislation and iSEE policies
- Lead the implementation of the strategic plan of iSEE 
- Supervise and support team leaders of different sectors to implement their respective programs

Requirements:
- Post graduate degree, Phd prefered in social science, economics, public policy or public health;
- Strong capacity and experience in management and organizational development
- Knowledgeable of minority issues is preferable (ethnic minorities, sexual minority, gender equity, social exclusion, poverty, HIV/AIDS)
- Fluent in English is an advantage
- Personal commitment to iSEE diversity principles, the rights based approach and empowerment

Gross Salary Range: VND 47.000.000 – VND 67.000.000 depends on skills and experience

This post is indefinite contract based on annual performance evaluation. Three months probation period at start of contract. Terms and conditions as per iSEE personnel policy.
