Declaration by US-Vietnam Dialogue Group on Agent Orange/Dioxin

The US-Vietnam Dialogue Group on Agent Orange/Dioxin last month proposed a 10-year plan to address the legacy of Agent Orange in Vietnam.

The Dialogue Group said in its Declaration and Plan of Action that it had two goals: cleaning dioxin-contaminated soil and restoring damaged ecosystems, and expanding services to people with dioxin-linked disabilities and other disabilities, and their families.

Attached is a document that lists the June 2010 media coverage of the release of the Dialogue Group's announcement, and also the Declaration and Plan of Action itself.
