Consultant/Organisation to Carry Out a Research on Quality Standards in the Tea Sector of Vietnam

The Netherlands Development Organisation - SNV is looking for a Consultant/Organisation to carry out a research on Quality Standards in the tea sector of Vietnam. The assignment is estimated at 20 person-days. Please see attached Terms of Reference for more information.

Interested candidates are requested to send their proposal including:
- Comments on the terms of reference.
- CV(s) of the expert(s) proposed to undertake the assignment.
- Capacity statement of the organization, if applicable, including reference to experiences in working in a) the tea sector and b) the area of quality assurance/standards.
- Financial proposal.
