Guide for Monitoring and Evaluating Avian Influenza Programs in Southeast Asia (2008)

The objective of the guide is to encourage the use of monitoring and evaluation to support effective and evidence-based national avian influenza programs. This guide was developed by a regional Technical Working Group (TWG), consisting of members from the United Nations System Influenza Coordination, the Food and Agriculture Organization, the World Health
Organization, UNICEF, the Academy for Educational Development, Abt Associates, MEASURE Evaluation, the US Centers for Disease Control and Prevention, and the US Agency for International Development.
