10 year study on the work of International NGOs in Vietnam
In 2000, the Steering Committee of the VUFO-NGO Resource Centre commissioned an independent study to review and analyse the methods and activities of INGOs in Vietnam over the previous decade. The study aimed to draw lessons learned from INGO work in Vietnam during the 1990s. The study was undertaken by a team of consultants led by report author Ms. Nguyen Kim Ha. The study team examined the work of INGOs in Vietnam through an in-depth exploration of 19 organisations and six sectoral windows.

Vietnam Socio-Economic Development Plan 2006-2010

International NGO comments on the draft 5-Year Plan

On 25 August 2005, the Resource Centre organised an informal INGO consultation on the draft Socio-Economic Development Plan 2006-2010. More than 60 INGO participants joined the meeting.

Following the meeting, INGO contributions were combined to prepare in written comments for the Ministry of Planning and Investment. These were shared at the national consultation workshop on the SEDP on 7-8 September 2005 in Hanoi, organised by the MPI and World Bank.
